My Sister Carol and her husband are living at her in laws beautiful house while they are on their mission. They have a very big garden area and so we decided to do it together since it is much more than a one man job. This was Jade after I put sunscreen on her head.
We planted the garden last Saturday. It literally took us 5 hours!! I am definitely not exaggerating. That's how big it is. See that white dot out there? That's Jade. I had to stand back that far to get the whole garden in the picture.
This picture above show the whole garden and the orchard. The orchard has 18 trees. (Weldon and I just got 20 fruit trees to plant on our land in Fairview, so that gives an idea of what we will have) Carol and I will be so super busy this fall!!!
Here we are all done planting! It was SO HOT that day. The dirt was burning our legs.Do I look a little fat? No doubt about it! But, you have to remember that my beautiful sister only weighs about 105 pounds so of course I look chubby next to her! Gosh!
We had a really fun day together though. I love spending time with my sisters! I love you Carol!

what a perfect day, gardening and hanging with your sister, I'm totally jelous. The only thing that would have made it better is if I was there, but it isn't a perfect world is it.
I would love to have a garden that big! I have a little one in my space and love it. Maybe when we move there ;o) I will be able to afford more for my money and get something with land like that. It's that plan, but only time will tell.
