This year Weldon's mom had to be at the airport at 4:45 am on New Year's Day, so we decided to make a trip out of it. We went down to Salt Lake and rented a Hotel Room for the night. It was fun to get out for the night!

We ate at Arby's, got treats, watched TV, and Grandma Joyce watched Jade while Weldon and I went swimming. I really wanted to take Jade but it was about 10pm and I forgot to get her a swim diaper. Maybe next time.
