We spent the afternoon at Bear Lake today. I love Bear Lake! It is where I grew up so I do get a little home sick every time we go there. My brother rented a boat and most of my family was there. Weldon had to work today though. It was a beautiful day. The wind was blowing quite hard though so I kept Jade under a blanket pretty much the whole time, but I enjoyed sitting out there. I didn't get to swim or anything, but that's what happens when your baby wants only you. (I kind of like that) You can see she is crying in this picture. She was really tired.

Hey why wasn't I invited? Just kidding. I am glad you had fun and it is nice to know that now you can fully appriciate the sacrfices us mothers have to make. It ain't over yet and it only gets worse from here. I guess at the end of the day it is always worth it though!
I remember taking my kids to the beach when they were little too. Not so fun when it's windy like that and they're too little to breath. But having the kids is worth the MANY sacrifices made by a mother! I wouldn't have changed anything. You're going to love being a mom, and you'll be good at it! I just wish we were closer to see all of your guys' kids grow up. At least we have Teresa close!
I still cry every time I read your blog. I love hearing how in love with life you are. You are an awesome mommy! Jade is so lucky to have you. We just got a boat so you guys will have to come boating with us one of these days. Francine was so funny when she was being pulled on the tube (with me ofcourse) She was waving to everybody we passed. She got lots of attention!
