Jade is finally home with us!!! (at least to aunt Amy's house for a few days) Weldon and I went to the hospital this morning to feed her and the nurse said she was okay to leave. We are soooo happy!!! Today was an amazing day.
Just as we walked in the door of Amy's house, they started taking some pictures of us, and my niece and nephew wanted to hold the baby. It was really cute.
And, of course here I am picking her nose for the first time. Isn't that special?
This is a picture of Jade's first time in a car seat. She looks so tiny. This is at the agency where we were getting ready to have placement.

This is me and Jade's birthmother. The placement was so amazing! It was a really calming and spiritual experience for me. We feel such a connection with them. They are the nicest people! Jade can be very proud of where she came from. I absolutely LOVE this picture! This is the moment when the birthmother handed Jade to me.
Jade had a really crazy day today with lots of visitors loving her. She got a little upset but here she is sleeping soundly this evening. WE LOVE HER SO MUCH! Thank heaven for this miracle!

Julie,
Em gave me your blog address because I wanted to see your baby. She's beautiful! Em warned me it would make me cry, and she was right! I'm so happy for you.

I had to pass around my phone (it gets internet) yesterday at the waterpark to show everybody I was with the pictures of your family. It made everyone cry.... so beautiful and spiritual.
