I don't think we've shown any pictures of the beautiful views we have there. So, here they are.

If you can see the red line almost in the middle of the picture, that is the side of mom's future home.

I think Glen is probably right. He said the most exciting day is the day you dig the hole, then it goes down hill from there until your done. But, it will be worth it.
