This week we bought another house out in Dayton. We got a great deal on it and we are very excited. The plan is to just remodel it and sell it. We don't plan on moving. This house is very cute and it's in a beautiful location. it has a great mountain veiw from the porch. Right now it is 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. We are going to add another bathroom in the basement, and make the upstairs bed and bath a combined master bed and bath.
You wouldn't believe the amount of garbage we hauled off to the dump out of this place. I took these pictures last night after we got it all cleaned out and just before we tore everything out.

Here's the kitchen. You can't really tell from the picture, but it is quite large. It is going to be sweet when we get done with it.

We feel very blessed for this opportunity but, I am on high stress mode because we are trying to get as much done as we can before Jade is born. So far things have gone extremely well. I can't believe that we will be parents in a little over a month!! We are so excited! We are incredibly blessed.
